Nazism: The attempt on Hitler: «Walkiria operation»
On July 20th 1944 the German anti-Nazi Resistance sought to assassinate the Führer: the attempt - known as Walkiria operation - failed and unleashed a dreadful repression which brought about approximately 7000 executions. Most of them were genuinely motivated by their Christian faith.
