Justice and law: Constitution
The Constitutions are written to outline the insurmountable border of the power of the State to guarantee the people (so, for example, the USA Constitution). In Italy, instead, the Constitution seems to have been worked out to exalt the State and to establish which are the duties of «citizens» towards it.
How incomprehensible is the behavior of so many Catholics (those of the left wing) that assign to the Italian Constitution the divine prerogatives of infallibility and immutability (prerogatives that themselves, in the name of the «updating», don't recognize anymore to the Church).
